My stay at the hotel was wonderful. All of the staff were very courteous and attentive to whatever I needed. The hotel on the ground level had a nice vibe to it, and the daily breakfast was tasted delicious. And, the rooftop restaurant has a very nice ambiance. Most evenings had a wonderful breeze that you could sit under forever. Special shout out to Peter who took great care of my wife and I. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and eating at their restaurants.
My experience at the Delborough Hotel and Restaurant was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm ambiance and impeccable service. A special shout-out to Peter, who attended to me with so much professionalism and friendliness. He made sure every detail was perfect and that I felt truly welcomed. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I highly recommend Delborough for anyone looking for a premium dining and hospitality experience. I’ll definitely be back!
As someone who is well-traveled and accustomed to the standards of global luxury hospitality, I must say Delborough Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, a genuine bliss that immediately set the tone for my stay. I stayed in the Executive Suite, and every dollar I spent felt well worth it. The room was spotless, serene, and tastefully appointed, exuding an understated elegance that mirrored the quality you’d find at a Ritz Carlton. There was no compromise in standard. This felt like a fully Westernized luxury experience, without the typical shortcomings you sometimes find in other regions. They clearly didn’t spare any expense or detail. The design, comfort, and quality of service were all thoughtfully curated. It's rare to find this level of consistency outside major international chains, but Delborough holds its own effortlessly. I don’t know how long the hotel has been around, but I truly hope it maintains these same high standards over time. The staff was nothing short of impressive. Well-trained, polite, professional, and genuinely eager to serve. They went above and beyond without being intrusive. What stood out most was their integrity. They even refused tips, politely but firmly, almost as if accepting one might cost them their job. That level of discipline and pride in service is rare. Room for Small Improvements If I had to nitpick, the toilet seat could use an upgrade. A soft-close feature would go a long way in maintaining the quiet, refined ambiance of the suite. The current slammer setup doesn't match the otherwise luxurious environment. Also, a broader selection of local dishes on the room service menu would be welcome, though to be fair, I only ordered late at night. Let's just say it's clean, quiet, and absolutely premium in feel. Delborough Hotel has easily become my go-to whenever I'm in Nigeria. It's rare to discover a hotel that blends local warmth with world-class standards so effortlessly. If you're considering where to stay in Lagos or simply want a luxury retreat that checks all the right boxes, Delborough is a solid choice.
