We recently visited The Fern with our friend SK, and the experience was simply wonderful! 🌿 From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The ambience is serene and refreshing—perfect for a relaxing getaway. ✨ special thanks to Mr bhagwanram and ishkanji n team for amazing service The food deserves a special mention—every dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Whether it’s the lush greenery, clean surroundings, or top-notch service, The Fern truly stands out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay! 🌸
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype I checked into this hotel after a long and tiring drive, hoping to relax and get some much-needed sleep. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from restful. The power keeps cutting off every 5 to 10 minutes, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to cool down and unwind. To make matters worse, the air conditioning is not strong enough to cool the room in such short intervals, leaving the space uncomfortably warm and stuffy. I’m sitting here regretting my decision, cursing myself for going beyond my usual trusted options and choosing this hotel just because of its brand name.

To begin with, the overall condition of the hotel was far from what one would expect from a reputed chain like Fern. The stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the following serious issues: The rooms were poorly maintained and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Basic utilities were missing—water supply in the basin was not working, and there were no towels provided. The doors were broken, compromising both safety and privacy. The AC was barely functioning, making it difficult to relax in the room. The staff was insufficient and service was extremely slow, making every request a struggle. The breakfast was below average, and not at all at the standard expected from a Fern hotel. To add to the frustration, we discovered after booking that this property was not originally owned by Fern, but had recently been acquired or rented from another group—this was not communicated in advance. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that we were charged ₹10,000 per night, which is completely unjustifiable given the condition and service provided. Frankly, the quality was not even worth a fraction of that. This was a horrible stay, not just for me but for my entire family. We expected the Fern brand to uphold a certain standard of hospitality and cleanliness, but this property failed on all fronts. I would rate this experience zero stars. I hope Fern takes immediate steps to either improve this property significantly or ensure better communication to future guests about its current condition. It’s misleading and unfair to charge premium prices for substandard facilities under the Fern brand name.
