The Dewa Koh Chang

The dewa? More like the diva. Overall, this place is awesome as a resort that's really beautiful in a relaxing style with large space, good greenery, large swimming pools as the main activity, large buildings and room size as the exterior. In the resort room itself is also awesome with relaxing colors and tone overall in cream, grey, and dark brown. The room contains a bathtub, shower head, few beds, lamps, sizable sitting area both in and outdoors (balcony front) of the room. Other than that, the view is great while observing while walking or swimming in the pool, and they have a great breakfast buffet and cocktails you'd definitely enjoy. Would recommend for those who are looking for luxury, but reasonable pricing resort in Koh Chang.

Acceptable, but disappointing in terms of service It seems like this hotel focuses heavily on its visual appeal rather than its service. I must admit, the hotel is indeed beautiful. However, when it comes to service, I was not impressed at all. Compared to the five-star hotel just next door, the level of attentiveness from the staff here falls short. It felt as though, once I paid for the stay, that was the end of their responsibility. The breakfast staff, in particular, made me feel like I was a bother rather than a guest. If you’re just looking for a beautiful place to take photos, this place might be suitable for you. But if you’re looking for real value for your money, I believe there are many other options on the island worth considering.
