The Dharmawangsa Jakarta

I rarely post reviews on hotels, but The Dharmawangsa Jakarta was exceptional from the moment we entered. They greeted us with such a warm welcome, especially with our child. Very grand treatment including accompanying us to our room and thankfully accommodating an earlier check-in. Our room was very clean and grand and as part of our welcome they presented us with a taste of delicious Indonesian desserts and drinks. Our child even received a special welcome surprise. I can’t recall another hotel where we received such wonderful VIP treatment. So delighted to see hospitality treatment at its best. Looking forward to our next visit to The Dharmawangsa Jakarta!!!

I enjoyed a very peaceful and enriching time. The staff were kind, and the traditional Indonesian decor was beautiful. Delicious breakfast and a lovely high tea set.

This is my ultimate place I love to stay when I’m in Jakarta. Everytime I visit. The service is excellent and the hotel feels like home. You get the warmth and hospitality from each and every staff. So peaceful. Location is great and environment. Breakfast is wonderful and the service staff give excellence hospitality. Thank you for always making our stay incredible.special thanks to Cesa ( who my kids adored and miss when we left, she is amazing ), Faisal, Ridone, yanto, guesta and Sandra. The GM Mr. Angga is always welcoming and makes sure our stay with the family is memorable and last but not least Mr. Ahmadi always there to cater to every detail we may need for breakfast and lunch. So welcoming and kind. We appreciate everything you do. We will always be back to this beautiful hotel. A true Gem.
