The hotel was the gem of Prague. The location is perfect, walkable to the clock, bridge, food and shopping. But the staff and the rooms are amazing, huge, and comfortable. The staff was super helpful - finding places to eat, borrowing a charging cable as mine broke in the middle of the night. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel to stay at! I recently stayed here for 3 nights as a female solo traveller around Prague and I really loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly and nice and the location was great, as I felt completely safe walking around by myself at night between my various activities. This has a great central location in Old Town to see all the major tourist spots without it being too loud from night life at night. My bed was very firm, but that is personal preference, and the overall ambience of the hotel was very charming. The key cards were easy to use to access the elevator and rooms and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely book here in the future. You even get complimentary champagne when you check in!

‏ Aron from the reception was incredibly helpful and sweet, if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He went out of his way to show us multiple rooms so we could choose the one we liked best, and he was extremely polite and professional throughout. ‏The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. Highly recommend!
