The Don CeSar

We had such a great stay at The Don CeSar and can’t wait to come again! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and kindness. A special shoutout to the amazing valet crew—especially Denis, who was always so friendly and welcoming. Our son, absolutely loved interacting with him! At check-in, Nick at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind, setting the tone for a great stay. And a big thank you to Julian for his exceptional hospitality—he went above and beyond by filling my bottle with ice when I was in a rush. It’s those thoughtful little moments that really made a difference. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the entire staff at the pool and bar were fantastic—from the bartenders to the team who helped us find seats and even laid out our towels. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The Don CeSar had everything we needed and more. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Truly an amazing team and hotel—we’ll definitely be back!

I was genuinely impressed by how beautifully this hotel has recaptured its original splendor through its recent renovations. While the guest rooms remain modest in size, they have done an nice job maximizing space and enhancing comfort without compromising style. The overall aesthetic of the property is both elegant and nostalgic, evoking a timeless charm. The pool and spa facilities are outstanding. My spa treatment was exceptional, easily ranking as one of the most memorable I've ever had. However, the true highlight of this property is its beachfront. The serene atmosphere, coupled with attentive service, creates a tranquil escape that sets this hotel apart. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning and experiencing it all over again.

My wife and I went to the Don Cesar for her 60th birthday. I called ahead of time to see if they did anything special for occasion like that they said yes they would mention it in the reservation. We received nothing. we were there Thursday to Sunday, when you arrive at the front desk, they offer you a glass of champagne, those two champagne glasses were still in our room on the table empty on Sunday. The room was cleaned one day.every day I had to ask for towels or washcloths also the water and coffee were never restocked. let’s get to the good part, the pool! Those two girls that work by the pool are Fantastic! I believe their names are Katie and Jackie!! they actually seem happy to be there.They remember your name what you drink and it doesn’t matter if you want water or a drink they got it to you quick! I saw them work right though a rain storm!😂well done ladies! Also the shuttle drivers where awesome! One was Patric and I don’t remember the older gentleman in the evening but both where very nice and knowledgeable about the area.if we ever went back it would be because of the pool service and the shuttle drivers.Sorry Don, I expected more for that kind of money.
