The Donna Portals

Traveling while pregnant with a young child isn’t easy, but The Donna made it feel effortless. The hotel is peaceful, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We loved the calm pool area, and our toddler enjoyed the open spaces to explore. The team was always accommodating, and it never felt crowded or chaotic. It’s rare to find a 5-star hotel that balances design with real-life family needs. Would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay at the Donna Portals was unbelievable. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff is what sets it apart. The entire team Elise, Iris, Pepe, Jose made our stay so special. Darby and I can’t thank you enough! The beach next to the hotel is stunning and just added to the overall experience. Highly recommend thank you again!

If your coming to Mallorca look no further. The Donna was the most amazing experience. Jaime and the entire staff were amazing..so attentive and eager to make your experience perfect. The rooms were spectacular as well. so clean and had everything you could need. The spa was next level...with steam room, sauna, cold plunge and relaxation room all free for guests. The location couldn't be more perfect. On a beautiful beach cove with incredible views. There's a great walking path perfect for a light morning hike around to the port which also has breathtaking views. Great restaurants and shopping at the port. The breakfast was perfect and the staff there also so amazing. It was absolutely perfect. I'll most definitely come back!
