Amazing pub with absolutely perfect hosting, every little request like gluten free and and a fillet of fish rather than the whole fish was perfectly catered to. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious everything was such a perfect blend of flavours and texture not one of the 13 people we were dining with had anything to say but how wonderful the food was. Overall the best hosting I’ve ever experienced in a place with lovely decor and brilliant food, worth every penny and must go in Wiltshire.
Absolutely brilliant! The staff are so attentive. Gareth, who would normally be in the kitchen cooking had to be out serving as there was a staffing issue. He's was one of the most charismatic waiters of all time! Thank you Gareth! All the food was so well presented and so tasty. We would highly recommend it and definitely be going back! They also have accomodation, look it up. If the pub/restaurant are anything to go by, it'll be just as good...👍🏻
Absolutely wonderful place to stay and eat. Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. The food was good, with a wide choice of dishes, only sorry we couldnt stay for sunday lunch. The rooms were spotlessly clean Really dog friendly (as opposed to dog tolerant) especially as we have 3 - 2 large standard Poodles and a Cockerpoo - and often find it hard to find a place that will take 3 dogs. Really recommend a stay.
