The Drake Hotel

I stayed here back in the first week of March of this year, just now getting to write the review they deserve! The service is TOP of the line and the staff are an absolute delight to interact with. My room was not ready and I was give a drink coupon as compensation, which I didn't ask for but I certainly appreciated it! The king room I had was lovely, the bed was great, and the bathroom was very clean and excellent.

We went to the Drake Drag brunch for my wife’s 40th birthday party. We had a large group of 17 people, and everyone had a blast. Ryder, the Drake’s F&B manager, was very helpful setting up the reservation and communicating with me. We got a great table on the raised part of the restaurant which was great for seeing the queens perform. It took a little bit to get served as they were a bit understaffed. However, once our amazing server, Liv, was able to get to us, we had outstanding service and our drinks were never empty. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome as well. The drag show was phenomenal and our guests had such a good time. We will be back and I highly recommend the Drake for drag brunch!

If you are looking for a place to host an event in Toronto, look no further! The event, kitchen, and front of house staff are all amazing. We hosted our daughter's wedding welcome dinner for 30 people in the Drake café and it was perfect from beginning to end. The event specialist Faegen was on site for the entire time. Angelina and Adrian were our very professional and friendly servers. The food was amazing and abundant. AND our open bar came within TWO DOLLARS of their estimate! Cannot imagine how this could have gone better. Thanks again everyone!
