The Duke Luxury Rooms

We loved this little hotel. The room was basic, it was essentially a room with a bathroom and a kettle/coffee machine, which was perfect for us to be honest as we wouldn't have been cooking anything on our trip. The bed was huge, very cosy pillows and fresh, clean bedding. The room was lovely and clean, lots of storage, the bathroom was lovely with a high quality, powerful shower and tap, shampoo, moisturisers ect all included, they even had a hairdryer and a safe to store any valuables in. The location was just up the road from the main town of Split, a 5-10 minute walking distance and in a quiet area. It had a lovely balcony which was a sun trap so if you weren't in the mood for the hustle and bustle of the town, you could relax up there. It was all we needed for our 5 day stay. They do not intrude on you, and will message you asking if you need anything, such as fresh bedding or towels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you company Duke!

Excelent place, good location walking distance from center, great air conditioning, great bed. We rest wonderfully.

This property is not a hotel, and it is not even remotely luxurious. It is a villa with a studio apartment without a kitchen, and it is managed by Ms. Petra and one cleaner. The service you receive depends on what the cleaner decides to do. The property is expensive compared to other 4-star hotels, but it does not meet the basic requirements. There are no bottled water, trash cans in the main room, or face tissues. Bed sheets are not replaced every day, even though I stayed for 5 days. Both Petra and cleaner are helpful if you ask for something, but the property is not worth the price. I would recommend staying in a hotel instead.
