The East Hotel Hangzhou

Late post, apologies for my unfinished posting. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel due to the excellent customer service provided by all the front desk staff. They were so hospitable and helpful with our queries. Especially when I enjoyed the candies at the front desk, they gave us a whole bag to take home. We even used the bikes to go around the West Lake for half the day which is provided free for guests. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip to Hangzhou! Thank you again!

Visited friends in town and going to Alibaba for the weekend and this was a great option at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and helpful to non-Chinese speakers. The room was large and there was a nice local green tea option as well as stocked fridge with free non-alcoholic beverages. Great breakfast.

I absolutely loved The East Hotel! It had friendly staff, great food, and the rooms are kept clean, tidy and have almost everything! The rooms were quite big and spacious, and have a lovely view. I would definitely come back if I went to Hangzhou again.
