The Eclipse Boutique Suites

We stayed here for two nights. Although it’s rated 4 stars on Hotels.com, I’d give it a maximum of 2. The apartment was extremely dirty when we arrived, with fruit flies flying around constantly. Even after we complained and it was cleaned, the flies kept coming back. There was also a very strange smell throughout the place that never went away. It was bad enough that we seriously considered rebooking another hotel for our stay in Abu Dhabi.

Non professional staff and non responsive at all. Poor house keeping and low hygein level, they do not change sheets till i ask for it even they have shortage and put small ones, they do not clean bathroom floor untill i ask for it, they even took towels and did not replace it. Restaurant is very very very poor, quality is very poor, flies are every where over the buaffet, and bakeries contain threads of flour bag. Very very very bad experience

The rooms in this hotel are big and appear nice but there are many problems with the room. first of all they do not provide water for drinking. They only provide one small bottle of water when you check in but later they have hidden charges for water and they do not provide a bottle of water everyday like other hotels. Secondly they as you charges to clean the dises and it is not included in your housekeeping services. they provide kitchen and dishes but the cleaning charges are hidden. biggest probelm is they came into our room in our absence and also when we did not ask for room cleaning and they stoel a box from the table which was not acceptable at all. also they do not have breakfast which indians can have so think twice before booking
