Excellent Stay at The Elements Tashkent – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at The Elements Tashkent and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the quiet atmosphere allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s layout and facilities truly made my stay enjoyable. I would gladly choose The Elements Tashkent again for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hospitable and comfortable stay in the city. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience!
Had a great stay at this hotel. I can tell you that the reason for only three stars was simply due to a blocked shower head, air con that despite blowing a hurricane and making all the associated noises, wasn’t cooling at all, and the refrigerator wasn’t working. I reported all issues, and upon checking out, only the shower head had managed to be looked at, yet not fixed. The staff are really the shining star of this establishment. They are friendly, accommodating and flexible, always happy to go the extra mile. The location is good, with two varied but excellent eating houses within a few steps of the entrance. The hotel restaurant is ok, be warned that when they say breakfast is until 10h30, they mean the buffet will be cleared and nothing will be available from 10h32! The room service menu is high end, needlessly so, but decent. I always find that the simpler the better. The hotel is located on a busy road, and I have a room facing away from the road and have zero noise issues at all. The bed is comfortable and all the linens are of a good quality. It is clean, spotless in fact. The amenities in the bathroom leave one wanting for nothing. Overall, a great hotel if they can just ensure all of the equipment is functional.
For three star hotel, rooms are cozy and clean. It has pretty much everything but staff should be trained and more careful with the reservations.my company books all the time for one person with one big bed when they are booking for me. . Hotel gave me twin bedroom and said there is no other room to exchange. Also, in the morning I was in a rush so I was just gonna get a coffee for breakfast at the restaurant and be on my way and when I went to the restaurant, they said breakfast is not added to my reservation. I mean, who the hell books a hotel without breakfast. then I went to reception there was no one. Can you imagine in the morning 7 AM there is no one in the reception. I waited a couple of minutes but as I was in a rush I just left the keys on the reception desk, and left. I couldn’t check my reservation there because it was booked through corporate and I didn’t have laptop with me so I couldn’t check it. Then when I was home and double check if actually reservation was made mistakenly and, but no everything was correct. Then I called the hotel to tell them everything was correct. They messed up. Then the guy on the phone said yes it was correct, I mean what the heck? This is first time I had to go outside in the morning to get a coffee while staying at a hotel. Clearly, they spent money on the building, but they have to train the staff better. If service is no good, any Hotel is just walls and furniture.
