Our experience at this hotel was truly amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay was the special candle light dinner that was thoughtfully arranged — a romantic and memorable evening we’ll always cherish. The food throughout our stay was delicious, with a wonderful variety of flavors and dishes that truly impressed us. We were also delighted by the cultural dance performance organized by the hotel — it was vibrant, engaging, and gave us a beautiful glimpse into the local traditions. The indoor games and recreational facilities added a fun and relaxing element to our stay as well. Overall, this place offers the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and cultural charm. Though I didn’t stay at Elephant Court, I had the opportunity to experience their warm hospitality and savor an outstanding dining experience — and it absolutely deserves a 5-star mention. From the moment we entered the property, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The ambience is serene and elegant, perfectly reflecting the charm of Thekkady. Even as a walk-in guest, their courtesy and attention to detail were truly impressive. The restaurant is beautifully set, offering a relaxed and tasteful environment. The food was simply fantastic — a well-balanced menu with authentic Kerala delicacies and a touch of continental finesse. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully plated. Their use of local spices and ingredients brought out the true essence of the region. Special appreciation to the Engineering team who were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the facility. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Elephant Court clearly holds high standards in both service and cuisine. Looking forward to staying here on my next visit to Thekkady. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
