The Elite Oradea's Legendary Hotel

The location is nice, but we got our reservation in a period when they started to work on the park, so not to good with all the dust and noise. The personal was friendly, the room was ok, and the breakfast good. I gave 4☆ because they need to work more on the little things. PS There is a receptionist who was very helpful and nice, for here professionalism I give 5☆, but only for here.

I booked this accommodation for one night, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. On the ground floor of this so-called hotel, there is an event hall. Loud music was playing until 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep – it felt like there was a nightclub inside the hotel room. A complete disaster and a total lack of respect for the hotel’s guests and tourists. As for the food and service – the staff was inexperienced. We tried to book two massage sessions and were told to wait outside on the terrace while they checked for availability. We never got an answer. When we asked again, the response was that they couldn’t reach the doctor. The outdoor pool was large and had warm water, but it was extremely dirty – the tiles around the pool were filthy beyond description. I do not recommend this place. You’re better off sleeping in your car or in the nearby park.

Extremely poor service, no refill at breakfast, rooms outdated, not cleaned(toys found under the bed), no towels, no glass. Check in was not possible before 15.30. Horrible
