The Elmar Boutique Hotel

I agree with other reviewers who have called this place a hidden gem. I stayed here with my teenage daughter recently while we were in town for a baby shower. The overall aesthetic is culturally ambiguous minimalism, but our room was so spacious, thoughtfully appointed, and spotlessly clean that it felt like a quiet oasis of luxury just steps from the beach and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea nightlife. In spite of its proximity to the waterfront as well as several bars and restaurants, the property is on a quiet street, and our room was virtually soundproof. There is a door to close off the bedroom from the living area, so it was essentially a suite with a king bed, and a couch that folded out into a full-size bed. The on-site hospitality staff were wonderful and responsive. The pool was heated and, like everything else, very clean. At less than $200 per night for two occupants, the Elmar was also an unbeatable value. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family.

10/10!! Adriana and her staff maintain a perfect vacation get away. The rooms are the perfect size, upgraded appliances, with a wonderful pool. However, the amazing customer service I received throughout my stay is why I will be coming back!

What an amazing 4th of July weekend. Parade was right out front our door. Sat on the balcony to watch while having breakfast. Adriana was a Fantastic hostess, providing us with extra towels and anything we needed at all times… looking forward to future stays..
