The Elser Hotel Miami

I absolutely love this place. It feels so warm and welcoming. The hospitality for me is amazing. Everyone is so nice and attentive. Clean and well kept. I was sitting next to the pool and I came across an attendant by the name of Russell! He is absolutely amazing! He is so attentive and friendly & always kept coming to check on my family and I to see if we were okay and if we needed anything. Look for Russell when you come . Will definitely always look to one back!

Enjoyed my stay. Loved the fact you had your own suite & the views from the balcony especially at night.....epic!!!The elevator was a little complicated to use at first but you eventually get the hang of it. I think staff should explain it a little better for guests (everyone is not accustomed to using these kinds of elevators). The gym was nice as well. Very modern 👌🏾

The elser hotel was a great choice when vacationing in Miami. Very close to the everything in downtown and very easy to get to south beach! The construction on Biscayne caused a good bit of traffic during rush hours. Parking is also a little expensive. But the location, great views, and amenities made it all worth it. The pool was great as well and the staff was very gracious
