The Embassy Hotel Hanoi

I stayed at this hotel in Hanoi for 3 days this summer and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—close to many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around super convenient. What really stood out to me was the warm and humble staff at the lobby reception and concierge. They were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging transport, giving directions, or simply greeting us after a long day out. Their hospitality made the stay feel welcoming and personal. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of our stay. Everything was tidy, with fresh linens and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I stayed at this hotel twice within 2 weeks. I left my luggage there for a few days and came back. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, not too crowded and close to everything. The breakfast has enough varieties including vegetarian and vegan. Laundry is within a day. The hotel itself is under renovation but that process is being done with minimal interference with guests. The price is reasonable. I would come back again.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time at The Embassy Hotel Hanoi. The hotel is super clean and has great smell from the main hall to the room. Customer service is excellent. Breakfast has very good quality. I cannot expect more than that. Highly recommended.
