The Embers Hotel

What an amazing place to stay! All the staff was very personable and helpful! Everything was immaculate! The food was delicious (a little on the $$$$) side. I would highly recommend getting a room with a balcony. I did not have a room with a balcony because I didn't make a reservation and there was one room left (for me). Next time I will definitely make a reservation. The weather was nice and all the people in town were very nice. You can walk all over town from the Embers. I will definitely stay there again.

Super location, LOVED the hotel bar & restaurant downstairs. Cozy.. Excellent food & service (thanks Sean!) We had cocktails & appetizers in evening and breakfast in the morning. The rooms (I got a balcony room) were smaller than I was expecting but honestly we weren't in there long enough for it to affect us, we stayed 1 night. The king bed was very comfortable! Parking was easy. Can walk to everything in Blowing Rock. Would def be back!

What a find!! No need to look any further, if you’re visiting Blowing Rock this has to be one of the most comfortable hotels, conveniently located in the heart of Blowing Rock. From the time you arrive, you feel like you belong! Guest service manager, Andrew Sinclair welcomed our arrival, explained the layout and hotel amenities. Friendly staff, hotel is well appointed and rooms are most comfortable. Bar and restaurant downstairs were both amazing, again, great service and food was delicious. Parking was included in our stay and convenient. We enjoyed morning walks down to Bass lake about a half a mile away which in itself is just wonderful and a must do if you’re in the area. Highly recommended, a solid 5 stars from us!!
