The Emerald Club

Visited this place recently for my best friend’s wedding. The resort is pretty huge & widespread and has a lot of venues- outdoor as well as indoors. The rooms were spacious, well lit, well maintained, had all the modern basic amenities, although the reception help desk was never available on call. The washrooms too were pretty spacious and well maintained as well as clean. If you’re looking for a wedding venue this is an apt place. It’s on the outskirts of the city hence quite literally in the middle of nowhere but also a relief from the city traffic. All the wedding venues were amazing and very well designed. The decor as well as the food was on point. They could work on their service a bit though.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. There was no lift to the second floor, which made it very inconvenient, especially with kids. The bathtub shown in the photos on MakeMyTrip was not available in the room, which felt misleading. The stairs had wide gaps, making it dangerous for kids. Moreover, when we raised these concerns, no positive response or assistance was provided by the staff. Overall, not as expected...

This place before was so exciting and nice but they’re loosing their responsibility in maintaining this place. This place is so hastic and we visited it on Sunday and it was wasted. All the things were so unorganised… Honestly saying, it wasted my whole Sunday. They must maintain the place; and the indoor play area was so unorganised that the plastic beads, balls were everywhere. Don’t waste your money.
