The Emperor Hotel

This hotel is very affordable in their class compared to other hotels with more spacious rooms, facilities, and others. The building is quite new and the concept is great as for one building. I like the room that i was booked and my first impression with my room it was clean, bright and comfortable. And the staff is very good at serving guests. The breakfast was good and many options and also have vegetarian meals. The location is not on the main road but it’s okay since you can walk around 10 minutes to commercial area like restaurant, local shops, convenience store if you need anything urgent. Even the location is not at the main road on Wan Chai, you can still get to the public transport less than 10-15 minutes walk or waiting.

Hotel staff were a bit blunt and had little personality. I believe that if the staff were more polite it would feel like a 5 star hotel experience. The rooms were absolutely amazing for the price point. Extremely cozy and clean and the amenities are also great. Just a bit far from the mtr station but it's worth it for the quality of everything! Loved it.

We were here for 4 days attending an Exhibition. Hotel staff has really bad service, we booked 22 square meter room, paid in advanced, but got assigned with smaller room, when asked, the staff kept insisting he upgraded our room which apparently does not make sense, unable to resolved our issue, yet keep forgetting to give us the breakfast tickets. The hotel is also located at a slope, be mindful of your luggage
