The Empire Hotel & Spa

Yet an another amazing stay at the Empire. Else and the team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. We arrived as a party of 12 and then friends came as an 8. Are age were 18mts to 69 with all ranges in between. Comfort, food and service exceptional. Have been going for years and never disappoints.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a weekend gathering at this lovely venue, and I can't say enough about the fantastic service we received. The staff showed great attention to detail, ensuring everything was just right for our group. I particularly appreciated how well they catered to my son's allergies—it's such a relief to find a place that takes those concerns seriously. The decor is absolutely beautiful and created a warm and inviting atmosphere for all of us. Plus, my other son, who has ADHD and Autism, was treated with such kindness and understanding. The staff were not only accommodating but also engaged with him in a way that made him feel comfortable and included. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weeked break or holiday.especially if you have special dietary needs or children with different requirements. Truly a hidden gem!

Where to start. Only one word needed to say everything about this hotel and the word is excellent. The staff, the food, cleanliness, beds. No matter what request you may have the staff bend over backwards to help. Would I recommend this hotel. The answer is a definite yes.
