I am very impressed with this hotel. Our rooms are small doubles and perfect for one. Very clean. Plenty of towels. ALL of the staff are nice. The breakfasts are hot 🔥, plentiful, and have enough choice. We had dinner in the lounge restaurant, which was amazing. Lovely sea view and a pianist playing too. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily return.
Really lovely hotel. Had a twin room with my son and the room was really large. Had a huge bay window. We were on the back but this didn’t bother us, we weren’t in the room long. Bus stop outside and well within walking distance of the high street. Staff are fantastic, breakfast is great. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.
Our stay at the Empress 11th July was again amazing. My friend & I have been staying at the Empress Hotel for the last 6 years and it is consistently good , staff super friendly and so helpful. Location is fantastic, rooms clean and well cared for. Would recommend 100%
