Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly valued and pampered throughout my stay. Terrible Experience – Not Worth a Return Visit This was my second time staying at Empyrean Cam Ranh, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I traveled with my family of five, including a small child and a pregnant woman, and our overall experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there were 2–3 staff members standing at the entrance, yet none of them offered to help with our luggage. Despite our group clearly including a child and an expectant mother, we received no greeting or warm welcome—just indifference. The attitude and demeanor of the male staff at the door were unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel. The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. We were unnecessarily shuffled from one counter to another, even though the procedures could clearly be handled at any of them. The breakfast was a major letdown. Both the main and side dishes were poorly prepared, lacked variety, and did not meet even basic expectations. Housekeeping was careless as well. Our room was not properly cleaned—trash was left behind, and the space was far from tidy. Another major issue was the noise. The hotel played loud music until 10 PM every night, making it extremely difficult for us to rest—especially with a baby and a pregnant woman in our group. This level of noise is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a relaxing and family-friendly environment. To make matters worse, during check-out, we were left waiting for 40 minutes without any updates or communication regarding the room inspection. The lack of professionalism and basic hospitality throughout the stay was astonishing. In summary, Empyrean Cam Ranh does not deserve its 5-star label. Based on this experience, I would rate it no more than 1 star and absolutely do not recommend it to others.

This is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. How can a 5-star hotel did not wash the dishes properly, like ewwww disgusting. Rooms are not properly cleaned before check-in, late and lousy room services and room cleaning, staff are extremely unfriendly and treat guests with unwelcoming attitude. Certainly would not recommend
