Woweeee! What a great place! The lobby is beautiful, the location is amazing but our room is great and romantic! We’re here for my husband’s work but the room makes it feel like a real vacation. The view of the water inlet is really nice. The staff is really really happy and helpful. I feel lucky to have found this little diamond!

I had to beg for a bucket of ice to keep medication cool because the hotel wouldn’t provide a fridge and claimed they had no ice or buckets. I was told I should have booked a room with a fridge, which to my knowledge is not a visible option when selecting rooms. I wasn’t willing to accept that a hotel has no ice or buckets, and no tired guest should be put in a vulnerable or confrontational situation over such a basic request at a four-star property. Feedback shared in the hope that future guests, particularly those with medical needs, are met with more empathy and common-sense hospitality.
