I We had a wonderful stay at the Erzurum Hotel! The service was exceptional. Davood, the concierge, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed — from local recommendations to making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Abdul at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming. Thanks to the amazing staff, our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Erzurum. It would be even better if more of the staff spoke English, but overall we had a great experience!
A really nice hotel just outside the main area of the city. The rooms are very nice and have a funky look with the stones used a feature on the wall. The breakfast is also very good and the staff are generally helpful. It is also very well priced. There are a few issues which I hope they can address: 1) I’ve never been to a hotel which doesn’t give you an iron and only provides a paid ironing service! 2) I realise they probably don’t get a lot of English speaking visitors but it would be good for the staff to have a better understanding of English.
Everything about this hotel was nice and luxurious. However, there was no air conditioning in the room, which was a major issue in the summer — which really was weird. We couldn’t stay in the room during the day and had to go out, only returning at night.
