The Escape Hotel

Myself, wife, and children enjoyed the one night stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are nice and cooperative. The location is central to everywhere. If we get to visit the area again, I will surely repeat my stay here at Escape Hotel. Special thanks to Irgan and Engie.

Huge balcony with amazing view. Easy access to the lake. Perfect location for pedalling. Friendly and helpful staff, but difficult to communicate with. Able to accommodate us last minute. Music playing in the corridors was too loud and disturbing, even late night, despite telling the reception multiple times. Walking distance to town center. Homey and cozy. Perfect peaceful holiday.

One thing we needed to see but we couldn’t , it’s the communication skills, starting from management to reception. Although it is supposed to be a touristic spot, but no one in the reception was able to speak any language rather than Turkish. They don’t consider making promotions or upgrading rooms even if you are taking more than one room as a family. The staff were friendly as individuals, but they don’t know the art to making the guest feeling welcome. And I’m making all this based on the price that was 170$ per night for the room. I couldn’t sleep on the pillow because it was so obvious that it wasn’t washed after the previous guest. PS: I think it was the best hotel compared to the other hotels around it at the same street.
