Stayed in the King Room and overall, I had a great experience. The room was spacious, the bed was super soft and comfortable, and even the pillows were perfect. The bathroom was clean, large, and had no bad smell. Water pressure was strong, with proper hot and cold water — very satisfying! The bathtub was a bonus — clean, deep, and great for relaxing. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — RM50+ and totally worth it. There was a huge variety of food, including heavy options like chicken rice early in the morning. Perfect for someone like me who enjoys a hearty breakfast! I also tried the in-room dining — and it was genuinely delicious. Highly recommend the Chicken Satay Pizza — flavorful and worth the price The swimming pool was clean and fun, and the hotel is in a great location with a walking area just behind it — perfect for an evening stroll. Minor issues: • Reception staff weren’t very welcoming, not much smiling. • A few things in the room needed attention (dirty sink, faulty bulb, minor repairs — maybe due to ongoing renovations). Despite that, I really enjoyed my stay and I’ll be coming back again in September for another meeting. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
🛎️ 2D1N Stay Review Stayed here for a short 2D1N trip. Parking is RM8.00 per day, and for motorcycle users, there's a convenient spot beside the parking gate. 👍🏻 Service Highlights - The receptionist was friendly and professional. - We received two access cards per room, which made moving around hassle-free. - The location is great—Alamanda Mall is within walking distance. - Facilities include a gym and a swimming pool, which adds nice value to the stay. 🥶 Room Comfort Issues The biggest downside? The centralized air conditioning. Although the room thermostat was set to 16°C, it felt nowhere near that—more like 25–26°C. Even after contacting the receptionist and having maintenance take a look, the issue remained unresolved. Sleeping comfortably without proper cooling was difficult, especially in Malaysia’s heat. 🔧 Overall Experience Service-wise, everything was great. But temperature control really affected the comfort level. Hopefully, the management can look into improving the air-conditioning system to better match the settings with the actual temperature in the room.
Pros: 1. The room was clean. 2. The online price was decent (not "cekik darah" like some other hotels). 3. Parking was easy. 4. It's right next to Alamanda, providing easy access to food. 5. I called to request an early check-in because my mother was dizzy. I do appreciate that they helped in this way. Cons: 1. The reception staff don't smile. Even the person answering the phone sounded bored. 2. The entire lobby has been converted into a Buka Puasa area, so there is no place for guests to sit. 3. The toilet in our room could use some Clorox to clean off the black slime – a big no-no here (room 0717). Overall: Decent.
