A lovely hotel in an ideal situation. Not too big family run. Elizabeth was very helpful on the front desk, they take a great pride in their service. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very generous and delicious. Who could ask for more.
Nice room. Front desk ladies service were excellent. Bell boys and breakfast waiters service were good too. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay in this hotel. Great location and many eateries and shopping around.
This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and this time it was terrible. There was a water outage for more than 12 hours, and they don’t even have a water tank—how does this place have a five-star rating? Every time I come, I notice the food and service quality declining even more. At breakfast, it took 45 minutes just to get a simple sausage. The penthouse room (number 52) also had a strong cigarette smell. It was a very bad experience, and I will never come back. I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone expecting a five-star service.
