The hotel is comfortable, the service is quick, and I was even offered an upgrade to a room with a great view of the city of Palembang. When organizing an event at this hotel, it can be handled according to requests. To Ms. Rima, the hotel's marketing representative, her service is extremely communicative. Oh yes, the food at this hotel is all great, really delicious.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Initially, I thought I made a mistake choosing a hotel located a bit far from the city. However, the excellent services and food made me not regret my choice. Although it took a while to reach the city, you can easily walk to several popular stalls, such as Pempek Beringin.
The Excelton Hotel is great, a must place if you get to Kota Palembang. Many dignitary guests. Nice breakfast. Nice Club room. Nice amenities. Nice swimming pool. Going to try the gym, but forgot my sneakers.
