We had the pleasure of staying at The Face Style Hotel for a night, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They consistently went above and beyond, even assisting us with arranging a taxi to the airport, ensuring our travel plans were smooth and stress-free. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. From the pool, we enjoyed a surreal and unforgettable sight of both the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience to swim while taking in such a spectacular skyline. The service throughout our stay was excellent — professional, kind, and attentive in every interaction. The Face Style Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Not a genuine five-star hotel, need to improve the quality! Pros: -Spacious room, with a view of the KL Tower -Infinity pool, overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers Cons: -Very noisy, only single-layer glass, so even if you live on the 33rd floor, you can still hear the sound of cars, and you can still hear it from midnight to early morning -Rude staff - the front desk staff is average, and the pool security guard is even worse! We filled in the registration form according to the instructions, and the security guard kept watching us. After we filled it in, he asked us in a bad manner why we didn't fill it in the "correct" position; when we wanted to get a towel at the pool, we were asked to fill in the registration form again. It's not reasonable to ask people to fill it in twice, right? -The pool is very crowded - the view is really beautiful, you can enjoy it if you go during the day, but it's really crowded at night! There is no crowd control, and the pool is full of people clocking in -Room quality is average - the bedsheet is slightly damaged, and the shower leaks. The staff quickly repaired the shower, but interestingly left a bag of screws in the sink -Strict rules and fines - when checking in, the staff showed a few pages of paper, pointing out that if you do certain things, you will be fined. It is good to make it clear, and the rules are necessary, but the constant emphasis on fines does not give people a good feeling. -Not parent-child friendly, no facilities such as cribs

A super disappointing hotel with incomplete supporting facilities and services that are very mechanized and inhumane. also very rude！ Dry cleaning services are also not provided. Most of the reasons for staying at this hotel are because want to take photos of the pool, but the hotel's approach has left me extremely disappointed. 1. There were a lot of people taking photos of the pool on that day, could you consider extending the photo taking time? 2. The closing time of the swimming pool was not notified in advance. 3. The security guard suddenly kicked people away halfway through the shooting, which was very impolite and made us feel disrespected！！！！ The hygiene is also very poor. The swimming pool is not replaced forever，and the skin is very itchy after soaking in water. I also found hair on the bed in the room. I have never seen such a poor hotel. How is it managed? I do not recommend staying at this hotel just for discounts. In Kuala Lumpur, there has other hotels also have swimming pool and you can see the Twin Towers. Not only thisone！！I won't come again next time!！！
