I stayed at The Face Suites Kuala Lumpur in June and was truly impressed. The hotel is absolutely beautiful modern, stylish, and offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. The infinity pool overlooking the Petronas Towers was a highlight and perfect for photos and relaxation. Each morning started with their buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. From local Malaysian dishes to classic Western favorites, everything was fresh and flavorful. The food quality exceeded expectations and was well worth the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Even when the hotel was a bit busy which it often was, likely due to its popularity the team managed everything with professionalism and grace. If you're looking for a luxurious stay in KL with excellent amenities, amazing views, and a satisfying breakfast, I highly recommend The Face Suites. It’s ideal for both leisure and business travelers who want comfort and convenience in the city center.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. The sky bar, located opposite the Twin Towers, is exceptional.
I want to express our deep frustration and disappointment with the experience we had today. We made a reservation well in advance, trusting in the professionalism of your service, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete lack of respect. We waited for over three hours without any clear communication from you. You did not answer the phone, did not show up, and made no effort to speak with your customers, many of whom were visibly upset. Saying you’re “very busy” is not a valid excuse when people have confirmed bookings and have traveled from far away — in our case, all the way from Miami — with limited time to enjoy their vacation. To make matters worse, we were shocked to find that you only accept cash, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency. Additionally, this person named Farid is using the hotel’s name, damaging its reputation, and you are allowing it to happen! This reflects extremely poorly on the management and makes guests feel deceived and disrespected. If you are unable to handle the current demand, the least you could do is hire support staff or manage your bookings more responsibly. But under no circumstances is it acceptable to ignore your customers or treat them with such disregard. We expect an immediate response and a proper resolution. What happened today was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
