Stunning accomodation in Kaikoura a short drive from the main centre. Train tracks right behind with a clear view of the trains going by, and beach 1 minute walk from the property. Was lovely to hear the sound of the waves in the morning. The property and all bedrooms are clean and well looked after. The coffee machine is a lovely touch.
Most amazing place to relax and enjoy beautiful Kaikōura! Accommodation was stunning, clean and very comfortable. It is a private location with easy access to town and the beach. The hosts were friendly and very hospitable. Looking to rebook again soon. Thanks again from Paul and Sarah
My wife and I spent three weeks in New Zealand and The Factory was one of our favorite places we stayed. The place is an old converted dairy farm and has two accommodations, but they only rent one out at a time for your privacy. We stayed in the smaller place, which still had three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. We loved it. The Factory also has a small gym, free washer and dryer, a hot tub, ebikes, and more. We chose the bed and breakfast option, so we got a homemade breakfast from Sean and Skip in the morning, which was fantastic. They were great hosts and a joy to talk to. We highly recommend the factory.
