Great location and service overall. However no room service. A bit surprising for a 5*. Otherwise very clean. 3 negative comments : there was water maintenance going on, water turned dark for a few hours with low pressure. Quickly fixed but not warned in advance… 4.5* let’s say not a true 5* An employee also asked for my number. Completely unacceptable in a 5*. Needs a true 5* manager to learn client full respect Room above gym : loud workout music at 7am… but great room view
The Fairway Hotel and Spa has friendly and efficient staff, the rooms are pristine and comfortable, they have a hearty breakfast spread, and their conference tea treats are heavenly, the fresh feeling at poolside in gardens bring tranquility, the spa is brings you pamoer sessions to match a healing mindedt and the golf club brings in that old money feel in the countryside, yet it conveniently located near mall and main access roads.
It's such a lovely hotel and resort combination! I got married there 12 years ago, and going there brings back so many memories ♥️. It's a luxury resort hidden in the midst of a familiar neighborhood. For the lovers of golf and SPA, I urge you to visit!
