The overall experience in this corporate meeting is average, because food served by only 2 people, 2 wheeler parking is under basement -2 but there is no Lift (excavator) to come to the ground floor, No proper parking space for 4 wheeler also, again no lift from -1 and -2 basement to come ground floor, there is a licker (wine) shop also. Cleaning is average, Water Tap is not proper working in the men's washroom.

The hotel lobby, dinning and service is excellent but rooms are old and outdated. Rooms seem to have been updated but not recently. The rooms really need some work. Buffet breakfast was tasty, had lots of choices and totally worth it.

Title: Poor Housekeeping and Incorrect Billing Extremely disappointed with the housekeeping service. I had to call three times just to get my room cleaned, and still no one showed up. For a hotel of this standard, this kind of delay is unacceptable. To make matters worse, during checkout, I was charged for cashews from the minibar that I never even touched — and I clearly mentioned I’m allergic to nuts. When I raised this with the front desk, but house keeping head zero interest. Overall, a very poor experience. Cleanliness and billing accuracy are basic expectations — and even those weren’t met. I won’t be coming back.
