I recently had a wonderful stay at Fern Residency and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable environment to relax in. One of the standout aspects was the excellent service, especially in the food section. The meals were delicious, fresh, and served promptly, reflecting great attention to quality and presentation. The staff behavior was very polite and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was housekeeping or the restaurant team, their commitment to guest satisfaction was clear.I would highly recommend Fern Residency to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable hotel experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a very good experience. Parking was valet, so there was no tension about finding space ourselves. Although the parking area was decent, it didn’t seem enough for a hotel of this size — but the valet service made it manageable. The location was quite convenient, with markets for groceries and medicine nearby. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. There was no fan in the room, but the central air conditioning worked well. Bedsheets were clean, though the extra bedding provided was a little uncomfortable. A smart TV with subscriptions to all major OTT platforms was available, which was a nice addition. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was the specialty of the hotel, offering a wide variety of food, drinks, and sweets. It really gave a great start to our day. Other food items we tried from the hotel were also tasty and, to our surprise, not as expensive as we expected for a hotel of this standard. The staff were cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. The indoor swimming pool was clean, and the water temperature was well-maintained, making it very enjoyable. Overall: A good and comfortable stay with clean rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Worth considering if you're visiting the area.
