The rooms are clean, comfortable, but not well-maintained. Staff are polite and attentive, ensuring quick check service. The food at the restaurant is tasty with a good variety. Also, Serving Jain or Swaminarayan food. Food service by Nikita is appreciated.

My recent stay at The Fern, Gandhinagar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team extended heartfelt hospitality that truly enhanced our experience. Special thanks to Mrs. Pratima, Executive Manager, whose professionalism and personal attention ensured a seamless and memorable stay. Mrs. Tamarins, Senior Associate, greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout, making us feel right at home. And a big appreciation for Mr. Pavan, the bell boy, for his prompt assistance and cheerful demeanor. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the overall ambiance of the hotel exuded comfort and elegance. Every interaction with the staff reflected genuine care and attentiveness, making our stay both joyful and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gandhinagar — we look forward to returning soon!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was bland and poorly presented—definitely not worth the price. The flavors just didn’t come together. To make matters worse, the noise level was unbearable. It was so loud I could barely hear the person sitting across from me. It felt more like a crowded bar than a dining place. We left with a headache and no desire to return. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxed, enjoyable meal.
