The ambience at Fern Residency is elegant yet calming—perfect for both casual dining and formal meetings. The restaurant maintains a neat, well-lit, and welcoming environment with tasteful décor and a peaceful vibe. The food quality truly stands out. Each dish was flavorful, well-presented, and freshly prepared. Whether it was the North Indian main course or the light snacks, everything had a balanced taste without overpowering spices. Hosted a party here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The venue looked stunning, the food and drinks were top-notch, and the service was flawless. Everyone had a great time—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
Rooms are average but very ill maintained. Flooring has come off at places. Bathroom fixtures are loose. Kettle was not working. There weren’t enough towels, sheets, napkins, dental kits. AC took a long time to cool the room. Room service is also slow.
