The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home , Special thanks to Reception Staff for going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection, and everything tasted fresh and delicious
Stayed here, while the room are decent but the restaurant food, atmosphere and hospitality service provided by the staff is of top notch, the food is delicious and the food portion and quality is really very good. The restaurant takes utmost care of the guest and ensure thier experience is very good, kudos to restaurant management and staff (Puja, Anushree, Harshita, Katrina). Thanks for the wonderful experience 😀
I recently stayed at hotel and I would like to express my disappointment regarding the behaviour of reception staff members during my visit. 1 front desk staff were rude and dismissive when I asked about early check in
