Amazing service without pretentious demeanor. Staff had wonderful attention to detail. The hotel is decorated in such a unique way with a beautiful eclectic character. The Portrait Bar is also amazing for drinks and food. Great alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. Location is right next to the subway and central to Manhattan. Did not hear any street noise in our room. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
Loved this hotel! It’s so friendly and welcoming and beautiful to boot! We stayed at both Casa Cipriani and The Fifth Avenue Hotel, and my boyfriend and I both loved the Fifth Avenue Hotel the most. Upon checking in, the receptionist Louis gave us a tour, and you can tell how much he loves the hotel and wants to share how cool it is/its history. The Concierge (Jake?) was also so friendly and got us reservations. It’s a Wes Anderson fever dream with lots of happy people. A++ from me!
The best hotel in NYC! Even with a few mistakes here and there, the front desk was quick to resolve the problem. The staff (Andrea, Luis, and the GM Patricia) was excellent. Concierge was extremely helpful. It was a near perfect stay Will now be my go to place in NY and already looking forward to my next visit
