The First Arte Preferred Hotels & Resorts

We stayed at The First Arte Rome for five days in late June/early July, and the experience was truly worth it for many reasons: 1. The staff was exceptional from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. 2. The housekeeping was impressive – everything in the room felt carefully curated and special. 3. The terrace in our room offered a stunning view of the city, and it was the perfect place to relax at night after long walks through Rome. 4. The restaurant and breakfast service – including in-room breakfast, which we tried twice – was outstanding. 5. The location was another highlight: many of Rome’s best attractions were within easy walking distance. Overall, I truly believe this is a place to consider when staying in Rome – and the rate is absolutely worth it.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. The service and staff are exceptional, from the concierge to the restaurant to housekeeping. Everyone was super friendly and entirely responsive to our needs. We had one minor hiccup with the A/C in our room - which turned out to be user error - and the staff went above and beyond to address it and even provided a complimentary bottle of champagne for our inconvenience even though the issue was our fault. Great location and great service.

Stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi, sauna, and a stunning view of Villa Medici — pure comfort and elegance. The hotel has a homey yet chic boutique feel, with stylish decor and warm service throughout. There's also a 2-star Michelin restaurant on-site, and the rooftop bar is perfect for sipping a spritz while taking in the panoramic views of Rome’s domes and rooftops. Truly a hidden gem for those who want a more intimate luxury stay in the heart of the city.
