I don't know who trained them, where did you find them, the same staff has been working with them since last year, I have no comment for professionalism, kindness, it makes you uncomfortable how friendly everyone is. Please don't change anyone, because they are the star of this hotel! Valentina and Shadia from the reception - their professionalism, kindness and calmness, as well as the rest of the team - perfect! Kudos to Harrison, a smiling and beautiful boy! Kudos to the guy who is in the restaurant - Rafnad, he tried so hard to ensure that everything was provided for us, that we felt wonderful, thank you! Guys from the pool, I really don't have a comment, I'm writing again, you are embarrassed by so much kindness, I want to know where you found such a team!!! I have been in many hotels, but this kind of kindness and professionalism is rare! Your food is exceptional, you can choose between three restaurants, but CAKES FROM VYNE RESTAURANT - I gained 5 kilos 😂 Perfect!!! The restaurant at The Black Smith Hotel - very good food, their team is also at an enviable level, greetings to everyone! The pool is huge, this hotel deserves five and more stars, because many hotels in Dubai with five stars cannot come close to it. See you again soon, we plan to come back in September/October... Nadia made sure everything was perfect and checked in to ask if I was enjoying the food. She also explained some details about the buffet, which made the experience even better.
