The First Collection Marina Dubai a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I had a really great stay at The First Collection Marina. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome. I was upgraded to a better room, which was such a nice surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location close to restaurants, shops,so everything was super convenient. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to. Great service, and a very relaxing atmosphere.

We had a great 30 night stay here. The location is good for easy access to JBR and Marina. Parking widely available as well. The biggest positive of our stay was seeing Simon’s beaming smile and welcome back everytime. What a wonderfully friendly and lovely man. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and had the amenities needed. Breakfast was average, nothing hugely great but sufficient for what we needed. The buffet dinner was also average. Food could be really good, or a bit meh. Appreciate catering on mass is never going to be amazing though. Poolside always incredibly busy, and just not enough seating for the number of guests. Service from reception/restaurants/poolside always helpful, housekeeping great however the soluna beach desk lady was definitely not what you’d expect from a customer service role. Overall, would happily stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and easily accessible, with several shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around. The check-in was very smooth, and they upgraded me to a suite which was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were mostly really attentive and helpful. Everything i asked of the housekeeping or the management was served or taken care of within minutes. Also, they provided information about what guests may need outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, though it slightly lacked variety in the cheese and meat section. There is a pool which was heated. If you go by car, you can use the parking lot. The management constantly checked out on the guests to make sure everything was going well and their needs were catered to. They offer discounted or free beach club access to the guests (July 2025: Riva Beach Club). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also go back in my future trips to Dubai.
