This is an exceptional hotel. The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating, the rooms are elegant and functional, and the location is close to all the attractions, shops and restaurants you could want. We visited Rome during a heat wave and the air conditioning was fantastic. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was certainly one of the best we have ever had and worth having once during your stay. We also ordered a room service breakfast and dinner, but it was not up to the same standard. Overall, a wonderful hotel and highly recommended.
We recently completed a four-night stay at the First Roma Dolce during our recent trip to Rome. The hotel staff were super kind to upgrade us to one of their beautiful suites. The hotel is very well appointed with beautiful objects and vibrant colors. It is small but extremely luxurious and comfortable. The staff everywhere seemed to know the guests by name. Zenia, their Chief Concierge kept an attentive eye on all our needs and with Alina, got all our requests promptly addressed, including a last minute reservation at a fabulous pizza place within a short walking distance. Sophia at the restaurant worked tirelessly every morning to take care of our breakfast. By day 2, she already remembered all our preferences. The staff at the bell desk helped with taxies and luggage whenever we needed. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful refuge where one could just walk out into one of the busiest shopping streets of Rome without realizing that one was right in the middle of it all. Highly recommended for an active but elegant Rome vacation.
