From the moment we arrived at First Music Hotel, we were welcomed with such kindness and warmth. The staff at the concert area was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. The reception team is available 24/7 and always ready to help—whether through WhatsApp or by phone, their support was quick, kind, and professional. A big thank you to all of them! The housekeeping is also outstanding—our room was cleaned twice a day, always spotless and fresh. The hotel itself is very beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend First Music Hotel to anyone visiting. Thank you for the wonderful service!
The experience at the hotel was perfect. The service was personal and professional—truly outstanding. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff, especially Dana, are kind, polite, and do everything possible to make the guests’ stay pleasant. I have no doubt that we will return on our next visit to Rome. The hotel is highly recommended.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive room upgrade and were allowed to check in early, which made our arrival even more comfortable.
