The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast

We stayed here the first couple of nights we were married and arrived quite late. We were able to get parked and checked in despite the hour. The room was stunning, and spotlessly clean. They also went above and beyond and left us a card congratulating us and some goodies. The service was great whenever we required it, everyone was friendly and courteous. The location was also very good. We would stay again for sure!

This is a fantastic hotel. Perfect location, incredibly nice staff, luxurious rooms and an outstanding breakfast. Worth every € spent.

Do not stay here! Hotel and rooms are incredibly outdated. The “fitness center” hasn’t been cleaned in a decade, with no air circulation, and is the size of the closet in the room. Most importantly, the A/C in our room didn’t work and was an interface from the 70s. When we complained, they replaced it with something modern but left debris and screws from the job on our floor. Our sink didn’t drain. There are not outlets. I can’t believe this is a 5-star but if you plan to stay please lower your expectations. *we would’ve informed the desk directly, but no one asked about our stay at checkout.
