I always choose to stay here whenever I’m in Hanoi—it never disappoints. The location is fantastic, and the hotel is consistently clean and well maintained. The staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. On this visit, I’d like to especially mention Anh Vu, who stood out with her warm smile and exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!

This is my 2nd time staying here. I came back after a trip to Ha Long Bay and stayed in The Five Residences again. All 7 of us stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment. Wonderful. The place is not far from the hustle bustle of Old Quarter but we come back for the quiet part. Breakfast was lovely and exclusive. The hotel's area feels safe, and it is great due to the nearby Lotte Department store. The staff was the main reason we came back. Very friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Well done in your 5 🌟 service, Duty Manager Duy Anh.

The property looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the gym, steam room, and jacuzzi were solid too. Food from the restaurant could be eaten there or delivered to your room for free, which was a nice touch. That said, the rooms on the lower floors don’t get much natural light, and my corner unit faced another building, which made me keep the curtains closed for privacy. Also, the washing machine is located in a small outdoor balcony area only accessible from your apartment. You have to keep the exterior door open while loading it, which could let in bugs or mosquitoes if you’re sensitive to that. One thing to note: checkout isn’t immediate - you have to wait for housekeeping to inspect your room before you can leave, which isn’t typical of most hotels.
