Sleek and up to date- wonderful public spaces and a great restaurant- rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained, and every design choice (and there are many!) is spot-on. The garden at the back is a cooling oasis. That and the airy roof terrace are just beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped- The rooms are utterly soundproof! This is not corporate crap but a testament to what real care can bring to quality of life for professional travelers like myself- Thank you all for making the effort, it was worth it ;)

Feels more like a Business Youth Hostel. Location & Breakfast are excellent—central and convenient with a good breakfast selection. Room could be cleaner and better maintained; some areas felt neglected. No daily room cleaning, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. Uncomfortable pillow made sleeping difficult; consider bringing your own. All in all, good for short stays if location is a priority, but expect basic upkeep and limited housekeeping.

One day before I arrived to the hotel I had an injury. I wrote to the hotel to ask for early check in. They responded that they would try to do it but weren’t committed as you would expect. When I arrived around 12:30 they told me it wasn’t possible because there were no clean rooms. I waited in the common area which is very nice… then at 3 I had a room. The problem was that it was not cleaned properly… I had to go down and ask them to clean the room once again… so they clearly have a problem with the cleaning… the breakfast was ok but nothing better than other much cheaper options. For my invoice after check out I had to write three times to receive a proper invoice without mistakes. All round it seems like an overpriced hotel in my mind.
