The Flora Residency

I am truly impressed by the staff at this hotel; they are doing a fantastic job! Whenever I reach out to the reception for assistance, my issue is resolved within just five minutes. The rooms are absolutely immaculate & spotless. The service is excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail. The only area for improvement would be the food quality, which could use some enhancement. Overall, everything else is simply wonderful!

Had a pleasant stay at The flora Residency. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. The dining experience was excellent – delicious food with great service. Way near to the beach at walkable distance As it was our college trip we found the stay luxurious and the best among all ..!!Would definitely recommend!

Room Experience: The room service was just okay — nothing exceptional, but not entirely disappointing either. A major drawback was the lack of hot water, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, TV channels weren’t subscribed, so in-room entertainment was very limited. On the positive side, the service staff was responsive and addressed requests promptly. Food & Dining: This was by far the most disappointing aspect of the stay. If you book a package that includes dinner, be cautious — especially if you’re expecting variety or buffet-style service. In the non-vegetarian menu, they only provided basic chicken gravy — no fish or other non-veg items. The meal was extremely limited: just gravy, roti, and rice, with no starters or sides, and absolutely no buffet. The quality of food and service was poor, making the dining experience very unsatisfactory. Recommendation: If you’re planning to stay here, avoid the meal package. There are several good restaurants nearby, and you’ll definitely have a better experience dining outside.
