The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness

A nice hotel in a small, cute village. Friendly staff, and Tommasso at the reseption is serviceminded and very helpful. At arrival we got complementary drinks and snacks, and at departure day we got to use the pool and a private shower and bathroom after check out. It is quite loud between rooms, but not a huge problem. Thumbs up!

I booked this hotel based on the information provided online, but unfortunately, many important details were not mentioned. The hotel is located outside the city, with no easy access to shops or central areas. There was no elevator, and everything was stairs, which made carrying luggage very difficult. No one was available to help. The room lacked basic amenities such as slippers, drinking glasses, bottled water, or even a phone to contact the reception. The restaurant service was very poor, and the food quality was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
